Miss Cutie Pie’s is committed to providing our customers with the best possible products and service. We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned, and we want to make sure that our customers are satisfied with their purchase.
Refunds
We do not accept returns for opened or used products. All sales are final, except for damaged products.
If you receive a damaged product, please contact us immediately. We will require a written reason as to why or how the product is damaged, along with evidence such as pictures or the return of the damaged item to us.
Once we have received the damaged product, we will review the situation and determine if a refund is appropriate. If a refund is approved, we will issue a refund to the original form of payment.
